  • Jeff Hager - Owner & Officer

    Jeff Hager is the owner and officer in charge of all operations, human resources, and financial activities of Atlantic Construction Services (ACS). Jeff’s duties and responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, estimating, and project management of all new construction and renovation projects. Through Jeff’s leadership ACS has developed a wide variety of disciplines and expertise in construction management. Jeff Hager joined Atlantic Construction in 1999 where he started in Estimating and soon after moved to Project/Construction Management, and procurement. After four years he became the owner and operator of Atlantic Construction. Jeff has overseen residential development, government, and military projects. He has a dual degree in Economics and Political Science from Florida State University.

  • Jim Barbour - Lead Superintendent

    Jim has over 25 years in the construction industry with emphasis in carpentry. Jim has vast knowledge of Carpentry including framing, commercial doors and hardware, trim work and structural framing. Over the last six years Jim has spent his time running carpentry teams in government, military and institutional jobs.

  • Robert Cox, Lead Carpenter

    Robert has over 35 years of carpentry experience. His expertise is in residential and commercial carpentry.
